Dental Pain and Perforated Preventing Dental Pain and PerforatedToothache is not a pleasant experience and the health problems are also serious for many people, because of the pain that can make a tremendous adults cry. The cause of dental pain usually begins with a hollow tooth.

To prevent the occurrence of holes in the teeth, do the following precautions:

  • Check teeth regularly and routinely. Visit your dentist every 6 months even if you do not feel the toothache. This is needed so that doctors can detect a small hole that happens to teeth and can be handled immediately so that the hole is not getting bigger.
  • Brushing your teeth regularly. The morning after breakfast and at night before bed is a good time to brush my teeth. Saliva is not much out of our time sleeping, so the teeth will be damaged if there is food remaining on the teeth. Saliva is useful to protect teeth from bacteria that cause cavities.
  • Brushing teeth the right way. While brushing teeth has been carried out regularly, but if done in a way that is not true, the result will not be maximal. The right way is to brush at the bottom to the upper incisors, brushing upward for lower incisors, and the brush horizontally for molars. Brushing teeth should be longer, because this tooth has the potential to stick leftovers.
